Returns accepted if:
The product is defective, incorrectly shipped, or unused and in original packaging. Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returns not accepted if:
The product has been used or shows signs of use. The product or packaging is damaged.

If the return/exchange is due to seller fault (defective product or incorrect shipment), shipping costs are covered by us.

For all other cases (e.g., change of mind, color/size exchange), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
